Chris McNaghten competed as one of Irelands strongest men for 12 years, in 2018 he found his biggest strength to date and started talking openly about his battles with depression...
After a local TV interview, Chris released that his story can really help make a difference. He founded Bear Strong, a mental health and LGBTQ awareness brand, named after his documentary Bear strong which with virul in 2019. Chris now travels world wide connecting with so many people. His story is raw, open and deep. However his survival is inspiring, and brings hope and belief to so many people.
